Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you offer refunds? No, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item was delivered โ€” subject to our Exchange Policy conditions.

Q: What if I received a damaged product? Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and a complete, uncut 360ยฐ unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be processed.
