โ ๏ธ No Refund Policy Aarav Creations does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
When is an Exchange Accepted? Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- A wrong item was delivered
Reporting a Problem
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photographs of the product AND a complete, uncut 360ยฐ unboxing video
- For electronic items, a continuous uncut video showing both package opening and product operation is compulsory
- No exchange will be processed without an unboxing video โ no exceptions
Exclusions
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and the unboxing video
- Our team will review and revert within 1โ2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up
- Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- Replacement will be dispatched only after we receive the exchanged product
Substitute Products If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value. Refunds will not be provided in any case.
