2. Products All products listed on our website are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and are not defects. Product images are for representational purposes only.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges (if any) are additional and calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payments An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

5. Shipping We ship Pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹7,499. Aarav Creations is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. No Refund Policy Aarav Creations does not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges are available only in specific cases as outlined in our Exchange Policy.

7. Exchange Policy Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items — reported within 24 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video. Customized products are not eligible. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, logos, text, and designs are the intellectual property of Aarav Creations and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Aarav Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Secunderabad, Telangana.
